1. About These Terms

Throughout these Terms, references to “Auto Haus Carbon”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Auto Haus Carbon Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made from us.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies or product-specific terms applicable to your purchase, including our:

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, availability and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

Minor differences may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, photography, screen settings or product revisions.

Products manufactured from materials such as carbon fibre, forged carbon fibre, leather and other individually patterned or finished materials may naturally vary in appearance. Pattern orientation, weave, texture and other cosmetic characteristics may therefore vary between individual products.

Natural variations inherent to these materials do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Nothing within this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly described, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the contract.

5. Vehicle Compatibility

Many of our products are vehicle-specific.

Compatibility may depend upon factors including:

  • Vehicle model

  • Chassis code

  • Production date

  • Body style

  • Factory specification

  • Existing equipment

  • Vehicle modifications

  • Component dimensions

  • Electrical connections

Compatibility information provided on our website is intended to assist customers in selecting the appropriate product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and selecting the appropriate product and options.

Where possible, you should check your existing component, dimensions, connections and vehicle specification before ordering.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.

Where a product has been ordered based upon incorrect compatibility or fitment information provided by Auto Haus Carbon, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

6. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The products selected are correct.

  • Vehicle information supplied is accurate.

  • Product options and specifications are correct.

  • Your billing and delivery information is accurate.

  • Your contact information is current and complete.

Our checkout process allows you to review your order before submitting it. Please check all information carefully before completing your purchase.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order acknowledgement.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Auto Haus Carbon will normally be formed when we accept your order and begin processing it for fulfilment, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity.

  • There has been an obvious pricing or product-information error.

  • We cannot deliver to the requested destination.

  • An order breaches applicable law or our reasonable purchasing restrictions.

  • We are unable to fulfil a custom specification.

  • An order has been placed for an obviously incorrect quantity or for unauthorised resale.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement has been agreed.

8. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes where stated.

Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to offer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error was clear and could reasonably have been recognised as an error.

9. In-Stock Products

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same business day, although same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

10. Preorder Products

Products available for preorder will display their estimated lead time or dispatch timeframe on the relevant product page and/or during checkout.

Preorder lead times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, supplier availability, shipping or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, preorder lead times refer to the estimated period before dispatch. Delivery/transit time is additional.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will endeavour to provide an updated estimated timeframe as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are manufactured specifically to the customer's selected or supplied specification.

Unless otherwise stated, estimated build times are:

Custom Steering Wheels: approximately 4–6 weeks

Other Custom Products: approximately 2–4 weeks

Cargo-Nets UK Products: approximately 2–3 weeks

Build times refer to the estimated manufacturing period only. Delivery/transit time is additional.

Custom build times may occasionally vary due to manufacturing requirements, component or material availability, quality control or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please carefully check all vehicle information, materials, colours, dimensions, options and specifications before placing your order.

Once a custom order has been submitted, amendments cannot be guaranteed. Where manufacturing has commenced, changes may not be possible and, where they can be accommodated, additional costs and/or build time may apply.

12. Cancellation of Custom & Personalised Products

Where goods are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply.

Accordingly, qualifying custom or personalised products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind, ordered incorrectly or no longer require the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a custom product is:

  • Faulty or defective.

  • Damaged.

  • Incorrectly supplied.

  • Not as described.

  • Not manufactured in accordance with the agreed specification.

  • Otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

13. Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery services, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

For UK orders, our typical delivery estimates following dispatch are:

Standard Delivery: approximately 3–5 business days

Express Delivery: approximately 1–2 business days

Selecting Express Delivery reduces the estimated transit time following dispatch and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

All delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where an order contains products with different availability or lead times, the order may be dispatched once all products are available. Where appropriate, products may be dispatched separately.

14. Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on eligible UK domestic orders over £100, unless otherwise stated.

Certain oversized, heavy, specialist or excluded products may not qualify.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed on the product page and/or during checkout before you complete your purchase.

15. International Orders, Customs & Import Charges

International shipping services and prices are calculated during checkout according to factors including destination, parcel size, weight and the products ordered.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import VAT

  • Taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Handling charges

  • Other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipments may also experience delays due to customs processing.

Please check applicable import requirements within your country before ordering.

16. Installation

Many Auto Haus Carbon products are aftermarket automotive components and may require specialist knowledge, tools, wiring, coding or professional installation.

Where professional installation is required or recommended, this will normally be stated on the relevant product page or accompanying information.

Where professional installation is required as a condition of our additional commercial warranty, we may request reasonable evidence that installation was carried out by a suitably experienced professional or business.

Where professional installation is recommended rather than required, self-installation does not automatically invalidate our warranty. However, damage caused by incorrect installation, fitting, wiring, coding, modification or removal is not covered by our additional warranty.

Nothing within this section affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

17. Off-Road & Show-Use Products

Certain products may be intended for off-road, competition or show use only and may not be legal for use on public roads.

Where a product is specifically described as OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, customers are responsible for ensuring that it is used accordingly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that modifications to their vehicle comply with applicable road traffic, vehicle construction, lighting and other regulations within the jurisdiction in which the vehicle is operated.

The sale or availability of a product does not itself represent confirmation that the product is legal for public-road use in every jurisdiction.

18. Returns & Change of Mind

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer UK customers a 30-day returns period on eligible products, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard products may normally be returned where you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.

Where a return results from a change of mind or customer ordering error, the customer will normally be responsible for the applicable return postage where permitted by law.

There is no automatic restocking fee for eligible UK consumer returns.

19. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product is damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, not as described or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request reasonable evidence, including photographs, video or diagnostic information, to help us assess the issue.

Depending upon the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction or refund.

Where appropriate, Auto Haus Carbon will arrange or cover the reasonable cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

20. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, our products are supplied with a 12-month commercial warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from circumstances including:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Misuse or neglect.

  • Accidental or impact damage.

  • Incorrect wiring or coding.

  • Unauthorised modification.

  • Inappropriate cleaning products or chemicals.

  • Installation on an incompatible vehicle.

  • Continued use after a fault has become apparent where this causes additional damage.

All warranty claims are subject to assessment.

Our commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Auto Haus Carbon branding, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Auto Haus Carbon Ltd.

You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or substantially copy our original content without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Vehicle Manufacturer Trademarks

Auto Haus Carbon Ltd is an independent aftermarket automotive parts and accessories retailer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by BMW AG, Volkswagen AG, Audi AG, Mercedes-Benz Group AG or any other vehicle manufacturer or trademark owner referenced on our website.

Manufacturer names, vehicle models, chassis codes and trademarks may be used for descriptive and compatibility purposes.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

23. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, finance providers, delivery companies and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

We may also provide links to third-party websites for convenience or information.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that we are legally required to accept.

24. Reviews, Comments & User Content

Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to our website or directly to us for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringes intellectual-property rights or contains malicious software.

Where you expressly provide content for publication or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

25. Personal Information

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.

26. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates or other operational reasons.

27. Errors & Omissions

Despite our efforts to maintain accurate information, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, availability or product-description errors may occur.

Where we identify an error, we may correct the information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you where appropriate and explain the available options.

Nothing within this section permits us to remove or restrict rights that have already arisen under applicable consumer law.

28. Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For consumers, nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised modification of a product where those circumstances caused the loss.

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, different limitations may apply where permitted by law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, where necessary, removed.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

30. No Waiver

If we do not immediately exercise a right available to us under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, website, policies or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order is placed, except where a change is required by law or otherwise lawfully applies.

The current version of these Terms will be published on our website.

32. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and contracts between you and Auto Haus Carbon Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to you which cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing within this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms expressly incorporated into your purchase, form the agreement between you and Auto Haus Carbon Ltd in relation to your order.

Nothing within this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or restricts statutory consumer rights.
