Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on product availability, the delivery service selected and the destination.

All delivery and lead times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

In-Stock Products

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same business day. However, same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

UK Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days following dispatch.

We use a range of delivery partners, including Royal Mail and Evri, with the available delivery services displayed at checkout.

Delivery times provided for non-guaranteed services are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

UK Express Delivery

Express delivery typically takes approximately 1–2 business days following dispatch, depending on the service selected.

Please note that selecting an Express delivery service reduces the estimated transit time after dispatch and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Available Express and other delivery services will be displayed at checkout.

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery on eligible UK domestic orders over £100, unless otherwise stated.

Certain oversized, heavy, specialist or otherwise excluded products may not qualify for free delivery. Where an additional delivery charge applies, this will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are subject to the estimated build times displayed on the relevant product page.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Custom Steering Wheels: approximately 4–6 weeks build time

• Other Custom Products: approximately 2–4 weeks build time

• Cargo-Nets UK products: approximately 2–3 weeks build time

Build times refer to the estimated manufacturing period only. Delivery/transit time is additional and begins once the completed product has been dispatched.

As custom products are individually manufactured, build times may occasionally vary due to manufacturing requirements, component or material availability, quality control or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Preorder Products

Products available for preorder will display their estimated lead time or dispatch timeframe on the relevant product page and/or during checkout.

Preorder lead times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, supplier availability, shipping delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will endeavour to provide an updated estimated timeframe as soon as reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated, a preorder lead time refers to the estimated timeframe before dispatch. Delivery/transit time is additional.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

Where an order contains products with different availability or lead times, including a combination of in-stock, preorder, special-order or custom products, the order may be dispatched together once all products are available.

Where appropriate, we may dispatch products separately.

If you require an available product urgently and your order also contains a product with a longer lead time, please contact us to discuss whether separate dispatch is possible.

EU & International Delivery

We ship to a range of international destinations.

Available international shipping services, estimated delivery times and prices are calculated at checkout based on factors including your delivery location, parcel size, weight and the products ordered.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can result in additional delivery time outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Import VAT & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority, regulatory body or delivery provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Auto Haus Carbon does not control these charges and cannot determine in advance what they may be.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you require information regarding potential import charges.

Delivery Delays

While we and our delivery partners aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes provided, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances such as:

• Courier network disruption

• Adverse weather

• Customs processing

• Peak trading periods

• Public or bank holidays

• Supplier or manufacturing delays

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to provide updated information where reasonably possible.
